5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Narrative Cut Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational purposes.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, assignments, or feedback, you grant Narrative Cut Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees are displayed at the point of purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or course in a timely manner.

6.2 Billing

Where a subscription model applies, fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle selected at the time of purchase. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

6.3 Refunds

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Where changes affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.

Narrative Cut Lab does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
